Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used or opened wipes, tissues and personal care items are non-returnable unless defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
