Return & Refund Policy

At Santerra Hygiene Pvt Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns Eligibility: - You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. - Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. - For hygiene reasons, used or opened wipes, tissues, or personal care items are non-returnable unless defective. 

How to Request a Return: 1. Email us at support@santerrahygiene.com with your Order ID and reason for return. 2. Our support team will review your request within 2 working days. 3. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. 

Refunds: - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. - Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund based on your preference. 

Non-Returnable Items: - Items marked as “Final Sale” - Free promotional items
